Our Custom Hot Foil Printing Process
Hot foil stamping uses heat and pressure to infuse product labels with actual foil imprints, giving them a premium appearance that will help your products stand out on the shelves.
1: Design Creation
A digital design is created, ensuring the areas where the foil will be applied are clearly defined.
2: Die Preparation
The design is engraved or etched onto a metal plate called a die.
3: Die Heating
The prepared die is mounted onto a stamping machine and heated to the requirements of the foil and substrate.
4: Foil Application
The foil is positioned between the heated die and the material you want to stamp.
5: Die Pressing
The stamping machine presses the die onto the substrate, transferring the foil onto the substrate.
6: Quality Control
The finished product is inspected for any imperfections or uneven foil application.
