Our Custom Embossed Printing Process
1: Design Creation
A digital design is created, ensuring the design is suitable for embossing.
2: Die Making
The design is etched into metal plates to create the “male” die and a corresponding “female” die for a perfect fit.
3: Material Prep
The material to be embossed is cut to size and positioned correctly.
4: Die Placement
The male die is placed on top of the material, and the female die is positioned on the bottom.
5: Pressing
The press applies pressure and heat (if needed) to the dies, creating the embossed image on the material.
6: Removal
Once the embossing is complete, the finished product is carefully removed from the press.
